Due to the permanent or semi-permanent nature of these procedures, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By choosing our services, you agree to this policy in full.
No Refunds – All Services Are Final
We take pride in the professionalism, cleanliness, and artistic expertise that define 305TATTOO. Because each service is custom, intimate, and irreversible once completed, we strictly enforce a no-refund policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:
- Client changes their mind after the procedure has started
- Personal dissatisfaction with pain tolerance or the healing process
- Results not matching personal expectations
- Individual reactions to the procedure or ink
- Missed appointments or lateness
- Misunderstandings about design or placement once approved by the client
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions
Laser Tattoo Removal
Laser tattoo removal is a complex and personalized process. Outcomes vary significantly based on factors such as skin type, tattoo age, ink color, ink depth, and your body’s natural response. 305TATTOO cannot guarantee complete removal or a specific number of sessions. Because of this variability, no refunds will be given if the tattoo is not removed entirely or if the progress is slower than expected.
We offer consultations to explain the process and set realistic expectations before treatment begins. Once a session is performed, it is considered a completed service and is non-refundable.
Tattoo Services
Each tattoo is a unique work of art designed specifically for you by one of our experienced artists. Time and effort go into planning, designing, and preparing for your session. Once the tattoo process has begun—or once a custom design has been created—no refunds will be issued, even if the client decides not to proceed.
A non-refundable deposit is required to book all tattoo appointments. This deposit secures your time with the artist and covers preliminary work. Please make sure you are confident in your decision before booking and approving the design.
Piercing Services
All piercings at 305TATTOO are performed in a sterile, professional setting by qualified staff using high-quality, single-use tools and jewelry. Because piercings involve immediate body modification and sterilized materials, no refunds are issued once the procedure is completed, regardless of healing concerns, reactions, or changes of mind.
Deposits & Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients who cancel late, miss their appointments, or arrive too late to be seen may forfeit their deposit. We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate.
